Robert Mahoney has been giving music instruction in the Santa Cruz area since 1989; teaching people of all ages piano theory, techniques, and improvisation. He specializes in jazz, classical, pop styles, and in improv. Rob has a recording studio with state-of-the-art equipment, including a Yamaha C7 piano, Musser Vibes and AKG and Neumann mics, and students can make professional recordings onto a CD.
